Responsibilities
- Lead the design vision and creative direction across projects and brand
- Manage and mentor the design team to deliver world class work
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering for a consistent experience
- Oversee design systems, brand guidelines, and creative assets
Minimum qualifications
- 5 or more years in UI, UX, or product design
- A strong portfolio of web and digital product design
- Fluency in Figma and modern design tools
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Preferred qualifications
- Experience leading design teams in an agency or startup
- Familiarity with AI tools in design workflows
- Knowledge of motion design and micro interactions
